My first new car Walking into a dealership as a female alone ( my husband was sick) I wasn't sure what to expect. I originally spoke to Loren Rosenberg but he was bus Walking into a dealership as a female alone ( my husband was sick) I wasn't sure what to expect. I originally spoke to Loren Rosenberg but he was busy when I arrived. I was then introduced to Luis Martinez. After 5 minutes with Luis Martinez I knew I had made the right decision coming into this dealership. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he paid attention to my questions and concerns. Never once did I feel pressured. Later on I was able to meet Loren and other random passing by members of the team....all of whom were friendly and had hilarious senses of humor . It was closing time by the time I met with D'Shon Warren. He is another friendly and comical asset to the team. Even though I was the last person he saw that day I was still not being rushed or pressured to make any decisions. I was given thorough answers...and believe me I ask questions!!!
