My experience with Larry Miller Hyundai This is the only dealership that I use because they are so nice and professional and when it's a sale they tell you this and don't tell you its approv This is the only dealership that I use because they are so nice and professional and when it's a sale they tell you this and don't tell you its approved and then call you back a couple of weeks later to get you back into the dealership with a lie and then tell you when you get there you need to give them more money or give them back the car. A very professional service department, all through out I have been a service customer for several years now, and in all that time I have never dropped off the car during a work day. My normal service advis I have been a service customer for several years now, and in all that time I have never dropped off the car during a work day. My normal service advisor is Dan, but because he was unavailable, John was helping me out. I was skeptical at first because I have never dealt with anyone else in all these years. However, I was wonderfully surprised how dealing with someone else provided a continued the professional experience that this dealership has provided all these years. It was as if I had been dealing with John this whole time. Furthermore, I also had to take the shuttle, and the shuttle driver was polite and efficient. All in all, it was a great experience knowing that I could deal with anyone in the dealership, and have the same level of professionalism throughout. More
