I brought in my 2013 Elantra, dropped it at the service depar On Thursday, 01/08/2015 I had an appointment for an oil change at your Bell Rd location. I brought in my 2013 Elantra, dropped it at the service department with my service adviser Ricky and went out onto the sales lot to walk around. Mrika Dobreci, our families sales person was outside taking a phone call and waved at me. Mrika finished her call and came over to me to say hi. She asked how my wife and parents were doing and other casual questions. I had been looking at the 2015 Tucson just killing time. Mrika asked if I would like to upgrade to a Tucson, I stated that I really hadn't though about it and she told me she would go do some work to see if it was possible. After about one and a half hours of working with her and the finance people I had a new 2015 Tucson. I sat down in Jeff Alves's office to sign paper work and had a great conversation with him, he was a very personable guy and we had a few things in common. Mrika came and got me when my Tucson was ready and went over all the features with me. The Sales manager who's card I lost, I think her name was Denise, came out to introduce herself and thank me for my business. My over all experience was and has always has been exceptional at that location, and you will continue to have me and my families business. Thank you. More
Awful dealership to work with We went with Larry H Miller Hyundai because they are approved by USAA. We bought a 2007 Hyundai Accent. When we bought the car they had lost the keys We went with Larry H Miller Hyundai because they are approved by USAA. We bought a 2007 Hyundai Accent. When we bought the car they had lost the keys and we waited a good hour waiting for them to find them. We then went to financing and were convinced to buy a warranty. We were told EVERYTHING is covered and that there is no deductible. I tried to call to cancel the warranty the next day and Brandon (who had told me we could think it over that night and cancel it if needed) told me that I would only get half the money back. After multiple phone calls back and forth we ended up being stuck with the warranty. We also never received paperwork proving we had even bought the warranty and got the run around when we asked for it. We took the car in for the first oil change on time and were told that our radiator had cracked. They replaced the part promptly but when we received the bill we were being charged a deductible. After some research into our problem, the service department AGREED that we had been lied to and told us Brandon had been fired due to other situations like this. We had about six different people approach us apologizing for the problem but no one fixed anything. During this whole thing, the team suggested that we put a new thermostat in. This would be covered by the warranty but they said it could be done at a later time and sent us home. 3 weeks later I was standard on the side of the road because the thermostat broke and in turn it blew a head gasket on our car and broke the radiator. We had the car towed back to the dealership and they argued that they would not be paying for it because we had not had the thermostat replaced to begin with. In my opinion, if it was broken, they should have just replaced it the first time we were there instead of saying it didn't need to be done at that point. Eventually they agreed to pay for everything except for the thermostat. Well, now it has been THREE WEEKS and I still have not received my car back. I have called constantly and sometimes it takes days for them to call me back. They have not gone through with getting us the rental car that our warranty pays for either. They also have no date for when I will get my car back and just say they will call with updates. I have never had such bad service before. Every time we have been at the dealership we have had a problem of some kind. I will NEVER buy from this dealership again or recommend them to anyone I know. More
In and Out With an Added Recall Fix I took out 2013 Tucson in for an oil change on 12/8/14. Dirk greeted me when I got there and went over the maintenance to be performed. He stated that I took out 2013 Tucson in for an oil change on 12/8/14. Dirk greeted me when I got there and went over the maintenance to be performed. He stated that they would also be performing recall maintenance on the airbag system if that was okay. I stated yes, as I was not in that big a hurry. To my surprise the work was done in under an hour!! My appreciation to Dirk and the whole Larry Miller Hyundai Maintenance Crew. Awesome job!! More
