Service Experience for the last two years I have been having my 2012 Sonata serviced here for the last two years. Service has always been great. On my most recent visit, my battery had die I have been having my 2012 Sonata serviced here for the last two years. Service has always been great. On my most recent visit, my battery had died. I called the Service department at 4:25 pm. After jump starting my vehicle, I arrived at the service center at 4:50 pm. They checked the battery and determined that the battery had failed, A new battery was installed and I was out of the Service center in 30 minutes. Totally awesome service. More

When asked if it could be applied to a different color,but same exact car,I WAS ASKED TO PROVE THE AD EXISTS by pulling it up on my laptop.STRIKE ONE. When pressed on the total of rebates/incentives/discounts...they came back with a sheet of paper that listed the original price $1000.00 higher than the ad,then ADDED IN A FICTIONAL AMT. of $1800.00 worth of add ons,that were not on the car the day before when I stopped there to look at it before they opened. Not only did they not act THE SLIGHTEST BIT INTERESTED IN ACTUALLY HELPING ME because of poor credit,but they weren't at interested in my trade of a BRAND NEW 2 MONTH OLD MAZDA WITH ON 2500 MILES ON IT...THAT HAD $4000.00 PUT DOWN ON IT AS A DOWN PAYMENT,WHICH WOULD HAVE PROVIDED THEM AT LEAST $ 3000.00 to make in profit when selling it.WHAT THEY DID OFFER WAS A RIDICULOUS INSULT.add to this an UNGODLY HIGH PERCENTAGE RATE OF 25% ONLY OFFERED,EVEN THO 2 MOS. AGO i GOT 12% AT MAZDA. **Add this to the fact that WHEN I BOUGHT MY CAR AT THE MAZDA DEALERSHIP RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET 2 months prior,the FINANCE MGR.,THE SALES MGR.,AND THE ACTUAL GENERAL MGR. ALL INTRODUCED THEMSELVES AND PROMISED TO HELP ME get financed and buy the car. *******I would never go back to this dealer again,NOR EVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE,FOR THEY WERE DISHONEST AND DID NOT PROVIDE ANY REAL QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
