Serendipitously, Luis had previously sold me Upon arriving at Larry H Miller Hyundai in Peoria, I was greeted by a friendly face named Luis Martinez. Serendipitously, Luis had previously sold me a vehicle at the god awful Midway Chevrolet, not his fault at all for working for such a low class outfit. From the very start, Luis reintroduced himself, gave me a hardy hug, and greeted my wife with the utmost respect. I was there to look at several vehicles, but ultimately landed on a new 2014 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited. There was NEVER any sales pressure on his behalf, nor from any other single individual on the premises, just a friendly, welcoming and hospitable environment that was so welcoming, we didn't want to leave. We were there on a Sunday, and pizza had just been delivered, the food was not ushered into an employees only area, but proudly displayed for all to have, how hospitable. I've been to more than a few dealerships in the valley, but none have been so inviting, warm or welcoming like Larry H Miller Hyundai in Peoria, they truly make you feel like family. I recommend this dealership with the utmost certainty that you will have the best, no hassle experience that is only dreamt of in the car buying process, and you'll enjoy yourself to the point of not wanting to let go of that warm handshake that was extended to you upon arrival. Dirk, my service advisor, respected my time and informed me of needed services for my older car without pressuring me to have them done right then right there. Instead, he gave me an estimate and the priorities of the services. I highly recommend this service center for its comfortable, clean customer area and its quality service. More
