Last year I bought my car in Chicago at the Hyundai Dealership. I was searching for a particular car and Peoria did not have the color I wanted. When Peoria called to see if I was still looking for my car, I told them that I had found it and bought it in Chicago. To my surprise, they were very happy for me, that I bought a Hyundai. Not one word of disappointment that I didn't buy it in Peoria. I knew then I would be committed to them for servicing my car. On my yearly checkup at 15000 miles, I had an engine light. Living 65 miles away, I called Peoria and I was serviced immediately. During my service stay, I spoke with the sales department and test drove a car with Dennis Dutton. He was exceptional and informative about different used cars available and helpful in making my decision about buying a car for my teenage son. The Service Department ran a check on the engine and found nothing immediate, so just to make sure, they made the decision to run a full computerized checkup at no charge. The conclusion was that with the new cars today, we are use to topping off our gas tank which can set off an emission engine check light on today's cars. The check light was reset and I haven't had one problem yet. The car is as sound as the day I bought it. All they charged me for was the price of an oil change! Sales personnel and Danny were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I broke down crying as I was trading in my deceased husband's car and they were sympathetic and helpful and offered time alone if and professional. Craig Mathias was very helpful in the repairs we needed done to our 2005 Santa Fe which we purchased from your dealership as a new vehicle back in Sept. 2005. We are retired and on a budget. We found him to be professional and congenial and will not hesitate to ask for him in the future. Best customer service I have ever experienced. I was having complications with another dealership, to the point of me asking for a refund of my down payment and returning their vehicle. After receiving my down payment from the other dealership I quickly drove to Larry H Miller Hyundai and to my surprise, James H'oard and Jeremy Hough already had the deal and my vehicle ready. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. Not only did they get me in the car I wanted, they also got me a lower APR, a better style package, the color vehicle I wanted, and handled my business with a level of professionalism that is second to none. I already love my blue Hyundai Velsoter and look forward to handling all of my automotive needs through them. Thank you guys again for the great experience! More
