Best customer service I have ever experienced. I was having complications with another dealership, to the point of me asking for a refund of my down payment and returning their vehicle. During that process I was on the phone with, James H'oard looking to do business with his dealership. After receiving my down payment from the other dealership I quickly drove to Larry H Miller Hyundai and to my surprise, James H'oard and Jeremy Hough already had the deal and my vehicle ready. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. Not only did they get me in the car I wanted, they also got me a lower APR, a better style package, the color vehicle I wanted, and handled my business with a level of professionalism that is second to none. I already love my blue Hyundai Velsoter and look forward to handling all of my automotive needs through them. Thank you guys again for the great experience! More

My car suddenly experienced engine trouble and was not driveable. Service got me right in without and appointment a had the car back on the road in one day. I have found on a number of visits Chris would go beyond what I consider normal service.IE: My car had a problem, [would not go over 25 MPH] this happened just before closing at Miller;s, he had a se beyond what I consider normal service.IE: My car had a problem, [would not go over 25 MPH] this happened just before closing at Miller;s, he had a service man wait till my tow got there, fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and I was a happy camper. On my last visit my rear door was out of line, he adjusted the striker plate at no cost. He has never tried to sell me service that I did no really need. Has always tried to get finished in a Mim. of time. More
