I enjoyed a very pleasant experience, at the Larry Miller Hyundai dealership, recently. I had a few very minor issues, with the car after purchase, which were not covered, under the warranty. However, even so, Alisha Jones, (Internet salesperson) saw to it that the car was serviced, to my very high standards, and satisfaction. I cannot say enough of her expertise, and outstanding Customer Service! Thank you, Alisha, You certainly deserve a promotion! My husband and I were looking for a mini van or SUV, we had been to several dealerships, but they did not have what we were looking for. She helped us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Everyone was very friendly. Alisha took us on a test drive where both my husband and I took turns to drive it. We are in a 2006 Nissan Murano. Eric in Finance worked his magic on what we could afford with our trade in. George is Awesome with the paperwork. It didnt take long at all. Once we decided on this vehicle they took it to the maintenace shop where they checked everything out. They told us when to be back. Well they called it was going to be another few hours because the had to get some other parts to fix a leak. I was very impressed that they fixed everything that needed to be. It is like driving a brand new car even though it is used. Being in a safe vehicle is important to me. We will be back for future vehicles. We came to the dealship to look for a new car and we were asked that if they could reach these numbers then would we have a deal. They never reached our number. My wife was due in a week, she was hungry we asked that if they could reach these numbers then would we have a deal. They never reached our number. My wife was due in a week, she was hungry we tried to leave Ruben the manager said come back they will make this deal happen. They called while we were at dinner. So we came back still not able to meet what we wanted. We switched cars they still could not meet numbers. So we left. They then called back two days later stating they could make a deal happen then Shawn just let everything fall trough the crack and they no longer had the car we wanted. I came to this dealership in search of a new car and I was pleased to be greeted by Mr. Aaron Thomas. I told him that I was looking for a car similar to the Toyota Corolla, so he brought me to the Hyundai was pleased to be greeted by Mr. Aaron Thomas. I told him that I was looking for a car similar to the Toyota Corolla, so he brought me to the Hyundai Elantra. He had a great, friendly personality and was very helpful in my decision. He personally took me for a test drive in the car, and made friendly conversation during the trip so that there was no awkward silence. We made two trips back to this dealership, and he remembered my name both times. He helped bargain the monthly payment of the car down to an affordable price. He made us feel as if our business was truly a top priority to him. We received a deal with extra features that was incredibly amazing. I left with my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra, and a feeling of great satisfaction. I would recommend this dealer as well as Mr. Thomas to anyone looking for a new car. More
Hello Guys/Gals just want to share my buying experience at Larry Miller Hyundai. I wanted to drive a new Elantra(tv commercial said it gets 40+mpg) Called and talked with Ruben for about 5 minutes and foun at Larry Miller Hyundai. I wanted to drive a new Elantra(tv commercial said it gets 40+mpg) Called and talked with Ruben for about 5 minutes and found out that the color I wanted was not available, we talked a bit more and agreed I would stop by and test-drive one at his lot. He said he can get me the color of my choice that same afternoon at the same price of the one on his lot. When I arrived at the dealership my car was upfront cleaned and gased up! I was so impressed with his attentin to detail that I bought the car. Andrew explained to me the features and new improvements made to the 2013 vs the 2012. George in finance was great at explaining my warranties and coverage. Kudos to the staff at Larry Miller Hyundai! A few months ago, I assisted my daughter in buying her first car on her own. She purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Because this particular dealership is easily an hour from where we live we agreed to take first car on her own. She purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. Because this particular dealership is easily an hour from where we live we agreed to take delivery that day. 3 hours later and after several nudges, we were finally presented with the keys to the car. It wasn’t until we arrived at home that we notice surface damage to one of the rims. The sales manager would only agree to split the COST of the rim. Later the customer service manager (Mr T) assured me that he met with the dealership’s General Manager (GM) and would do what ever was needed to make us happy. I told him that because of the distance I didn’t want any glitches. I wanted to know the exact cost and assurance that the rim would be in stock. He called me back with a date and time to bring the car in for this service but offered no price. I left work early to show up at the dealership at the designated time. The service representative was only aware that according to the computer, I had an appointment to replace the rim but knew nothing about who made the appointment or anything about my prior conversations with Mr T. He then told that the rim was not in stock, that they could order one and have it in a few days. He could not tell me what our cost would be, and said to talk to Mr T. Mr T said he had no idea and sent me back to the service counter. I finally got them together and they agreed that someone would call me once they knew the cost. Upset at missing work and driving the 2 hours there and back, I called to speak with the GM. He was unavailable so I left a message for him to call me. He has never responded. I then got a call from Mr T who told me the cost would be $495 for the rim. Experience tells me that this price in no way is reflective of their dealer’s cost. I found an OEM rim for less than half that amount. I will save the travel time and money, and just have it mounted locally. Ironically, as I left the dealership that day I personally witnessed an employee cut a corner and scrape another car’s rim. We love the car. However once we agreed to purchase the car, all we’ve received is lip service. In no way would I recommend this dealership. I feel bad that this happened to my daughter on her first real car purchase. More
