Mario(sales manger) was very nice and honest and it made the experience that much better. We got the car we wanted at a fair price and had 5 star service. I don't know how the rest of the sales peope are their, but we liked what we saw from our experience. More

My wife and I knew what we wanted, and I found a car that fit the bill almost perfectly. When we went to look at the car, we were treated corteously by the sales staff and the sales manager. As we got furt fit the bill almost perfectly. When we went to look at the car, we were treated corteously by the sales staff and the sales manager. As we got further into the process, we were given a lower price quote than appeared on the car, which got our attention. Our trade-in was valued higher than at other dealers, and that clinched the deal, so to speak. We negotiated pricing a bit more, and arrived at a number that was almost $3,000 less than we were quoted at other dealerships. The Finance Manager was courteous, and offered to quote financing through the dealership. We agreed to look at his numbers. However, through some form of misunderstanding, he ended up opening a loan for us on the car. He did not walk us through all of the forms to sign as I believe he is required to do, and if he had, then we would have caught the misunderstanding. We ended up signing a finance contract which we thought was a retail purchase agreement. We went to the bank to process our loan, as we intended to do, and delivered a check for the loan amount to a different finance manager at the dealership. It wasn't until the payment book arrived from the dealer's financing that we knew we had two car loans! The dealership had cashed the check we gave them from the bank, thus obligating us to pay closing costs and interest on that amount. So far, the Finance Manager has insisted that he 'did nothing wrong', and will not discuss reimbursing us for our costs to close our bank loan. We love the car and love the service department. We don't love the Finance Manager. More
