No mystery price hikes, no pushy sales, no deception or cover ups. They started at MSRP on the sticker price with full explanation of all costs and services. The add-ons were reasonable and optional instead of the standard "It's what we do" nonsense. Service was outstanding from sales floor to finance. The service desk and operation looked clean, organized, and streamlined, so we look forward to bringing back our vehicle for service needs. Mikey Garcia and the entire staff operated with integrity, friendliness, and concern to meet our needs without a secret agenda. They were there to sell cars, but didn't have commission on their minds to try to convince us of anything that didn't work for us. They didn't pretend to be something they aren't and beat every competitor challenge including pricing, options, product explanation, insurance packages, and financing. Truly impressed by their team and the business plan they execute from. Finally, a dealer that does not pressure, provides honest pricing, accommodates your needs, executes speedy delivery in every step of the process, does not haggle, and is flexible when it's necessary. I was told that for a routine oil change and 2 recalls, they would need my Santa Fe for a day. Nearing the end of the first day, I phoned to ask what was the status. Twice I had to leave messages, but my a they would need my Santa Fe for a day. Nearing the end of the first day, I phoned to ask what was the status. Twice I had to leave messages, but my advisor finally answered on the third call. She said one of the recall repairs was more complicated than they expected and they'd need to keep my car for another day. There was no offer of loaner car or free rental car. The following day I called again a few times in the afternoon and had to leave messages. My advisor was not reaching out to me for updates or any explanation as to what was going on. Frustrated and without transportation, I phoned the Service Manager, Mike. He apologized for the lack of communication and said they'd still need my car for another day. When I asked for a loaner to be delivered, Mike said they just don't have anything to offer me. I truly felt that there was something shady they weren't saying or that they broke something and needed to wait for parts to replace it. Why not tell me the whole story instead of keeping me in the dark!! On the third day I waited until noon to have to phone them again because of no communication and remaining without transportation. Finally I was told that service was completed and the car was ready. Luckily, I got someone to volunteer to drive me over to pick it up. However, my service advisor was "unavailable" and a different advisor handed me the paperwork to sign. That advisor couldn't offer any explanation as to what was the cause for lengthy delay and what was going on for 2-1/1 days that nobody was communicating to me -- or why no courtesy car or free rental car was offered at all. Not exactly happy! More
