I was looking to purchase a Hyundai Elantra and was looking to purchase a used one to save some money. The reviews on Google are 4.6 of 5 with almost 3,000 reviews. After perusing the reviews, I thought I would drive over there to have a look at what they had in stock. Now mind you, this dealership is about as far away as a Hyundai dealer can be from my home, almost 40 miles. With everyone leaving such awesome reviews, I figured it would be worth the drive. I was NOT wrong. Shortly after walking through the front door I was pleasantly greeted by the General Manager of the dealership, Rick Trinkl. I asked him a few questions and told him what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about their whole lineup of vehicles and let me know what my options were. After gathering all the information Mr. Trinkl provided, I decided to have a look around. He called over his Client Advisor, Austin Rassas, to assist and answer any additional questions I had. Austin was Awesome! He walked with me telling me everything I needed to know with NO pressure. He also let me know that Hyundai was offering a special 0% APR financing for 4 years. Wow, now I had free money to use. Suddenly the used car I was looking for turned to a new 2023 model. I was excited! He let me know that morning they had just received the model I was looking for. Btw, they had vehicles everywhere on the lot and the best selection of anywhere. All the other dealerships in the Valley had only a small, limited supply of cars. After taking the car for a test drive, I was sold on the one I wanted, that one. Again, Austin walked me through the buying process with NO pressure. When Austin finished his paperwork with me, he sent me over to the Finance Director, Jeff Alves. Again, with NO pressure, Jeff let me know of all my options and the pros and cons of each. Very professional and pleasant. After signing on the dotted line, my car was ready for me drive away. Jeff sent me out to meet Kaitlyn Orabanec, the Delivery Coordinator. She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable about my car. She walked me through the entire vehicle and educated me on how to use each feature available. After she took the time explaining and answering all of my questions, I was confident and understood how use all the technology this car had to offer. From the moment I stepped foot on the lot to seeing it in my brand new rear-view mirror, I drove away happy as a clam from the whole experience. The extremely helpful, no pressure staff made this experience the best I have ever had buying a vehicle. I can’t thank Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria enough. I recommend anyone looking to buy a Hyundai to give them a try. They are the best!! More

With no finance involved, you should be able to buy a vehicle in less than an hour, but evidently not. Not sure it would have been any faster, anywhere else. More

Made an appointment over the phone. When I brought my vehicle in Alexandria said they would not be able to look at it for 4 or 5 days and that I could leave it or come back next week. I live on the other side of town and it's a hassel to drive over there and arrange for a ride home. This a poor way of scheduling service. Since I had a good purchasing experience at Larry Miller I figured I'd come back to him for service but I'll probably look for a dealer closer to home. More
