I can certainly understand the frustration of feeling like the replacement part doesn’t meet the same standard. I brought my vehicle back in to Larry Miller Hyundai and the problem was when the mechanic installed the camera the little blue protective thing that goes over the over the lens he left it on there so that's what made the blurry looking View. the service writer peeled that off and the camera works perfectly
