I made an appointment a week in advance and received 4 reminders including the date scheduled only to find out when I got there at 9am that I would have to leave the car as they wouldn’t have time to work reminders including the date scheduled only to find out when I got there at 9am that I would have to leave the car as they wouldn’t have time to work on it during the scheduled appointment. It is an inconvenience when the car is needed to get to work and now alternate arrangements have to be made for a second day getting to work. More
