No loaner cars for warranty work! How can Larry Miller expect me to drive a car that overheats every day?? It was ok. The wait was long even with an appointment but they had snacks and drinks. The chairs weren’t that comfortable but at least there was a place to sit. Needed a new battery in our 2022 Palisade due to the excees heat this summer. Desiree got our car in the same day!!! Dustin was our service advisor and was a true professional 👏. I had an appointment at 7 A. M. for recall work to be done on my Palisade. My service agent is Ashleigh Ray, as usual. It turned out that it enough miles on it to justify an oil M. for recall work to be done on my Palisade. My service agent is Ashleigh Ray, as usual. It turned out that it enough miles on it to justify an oil change, I agreed and approved the oil change, they took the vehicle in and my wife and I decided to wait for a while before we head out for breakfast somewhere near. I remembered that I needed runner-boards on my SUV to make it easier for my wife to climb into it. I asked Ashleigh for the cost to install them, and she looked it up, and I decided on installing the set. It was supposed to take about a couple of hours for the recall work to be done, with the addition of the oil change and the runner-board installation, I figured anywhere up to three and a half hours. Then I got a text that it was time for the 15K mile service and upon inspection there were few things needed to be replaced which were ware and tare items. I agreed on these too, and considered about 4 hours work. And off we went for breakfast. Ashleigh, however kept me updated all along the way of the work progress, plus the link the dealership sent me to track the work on my vehicle. To make the long story short, we left the dealership around 2 P.M. I am not complaining, just stating what I got myself into that day. The waiting room was full of customers, and we never got bored, especially the fact that Ashleigh was on top of everything and kept us in the loop every 20 to 30 minutes, her smile and sweet attitude made us feel as we are dealing with a friend rather than a dealership employee. Thank you Ashleigh for an excellent job in making us comfortable, and never had a dull moment while our vehicle was being pampered. More
