Vehicle quality is amazing and steadily improving. Service is also excellent. The 60,000-mile service can be costly, but I believe it's necessary if you want your car to last and not break down. Melissa worked diligently on my behalf to keep my out-of-pocket cost reasonable without compromising on important services. Larry Miller Hyundai of Peoria has my highest recommendation if you're looking for a dealership you can trust for sales and service. Mark has gradually made my experience at the dealership. He makes me feel like an idiot and seems bothered by my presence and questions. I asked about a coupon I received and he continually said that they have a lot of them and he had no idea which one I was talking about. Also, he lied to my mom about me asking him about the motor mounts. They have been on back order and he told me he had no idea what I was talking about. He was rude and short with both my mom and me. I'm very disappointed with Mark. He was nice as pie when my dad was there with me to purchase the vehicle. I don't know if he just thinks women are dumb or what, but my experience sucked for both my mom and me. More
