I know exactly what to expect, and what's going on, at all times. The quality of everyone, from the Service Advisors to the technicians themselves is just top notch. I've NEVER had an issue with anything and I've always felt I had the proper information at hand. Just a great, great experience all around. More
I had to leave my car for 48 hours just for a diagnostic check, with no transportation options. I did not hear from them until about 45 minutes from the full 48 hours. The service writer and technician coul check, with no transportation options. I did not hear from them until about 45 minutes from the full 48 hours. The service writer and technician could not duplicate the issue. I ran down right away and had the Service writer ride with me and we heard it then. We thought we got to the bottom of the issue but it is still there. Everyone was nice and helpful but I still have the issue I dropped the car for, that's the reason for 4 stars. More

Mark is RUDE, ARROGANT, AND UNHELPFUL! I specifically requested him on the app while scheduling a break check appointment because my husband Chris has used and recommended Mark for years. We have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at this dealership...and when Mark is working with Chris, he is professional, friendly, efficient, and polite. I've been at the dealership with both of them several times. However, when I, a female he does not recognize, comes in by herself, Mark was dismissive, unhelpful, rude, and condescending. When I walked up to him and asked if his name was Mark, he said "Yes. Are you ready to leave your car until Monday?" I said no, and he replied, "so, reschedule." I told him I drove 30 miles to the dealership (specifically recommended to work with him) only to reschedule. Mark told me I should have known to call and not use the app to schedule a service (and selected the option to wait for my vehicle). Mark said "you need rotors and I can't do that today" without asking a single question about my car or offering options for transportation. He said the next appointment was 12 days away. I called the service department from the Hyundai parking lot and spoke to an incredibly nice man who kindly booked me an appointment 5 days from now. It appears that coming in with my husband is the only way to receive respectful, polite, or professional customer service from Mark. This was by far the most unpleasant experience I've had at a typically top-notch dealership. I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER have my car serviced here alone or book another appointment with Mark. More
