I really liked Alexandria, and Dustin Yinger went out of his way to provide good service for me. I will be coming back for further maintenance appts. Went in for lube and oil change and tire rotation. Was not surprised when I needed a few things taken care of. Although, I have extremely low mileage, my sonata is 5 years old. What with all that had to be done I was in and out in about 2 hours. They did a complimentary wash which is always nice. Amanda was not available but Alexandria? Was extremely helpful. I reviewed the inspection report after returning home as we didn’t discuss it at the dealership. I see that the air filter needs immediate attention. Had I known this while at the dealership I would have as we didn’t discuss it at the dealership. I see that the air filter needs immediate attention. Had I known this while at the dealership I would have asked to have it replaced. I don’t have easy access to this car as our daughter drives it and she lives a distance from us and we don’t see her on a weekly basis. Changing it will have to wait. It’s not a big deal just an unnecessary inconvenience, everything else was good. More
