When I first came in I was upset dealing with the fact I knew there was an issue I had with steering as the car was always from day one pulling to the right. I finally went in exasperated with the issue bec knew there was an issue I had with steering as the car was always from day one pulling to the right. I finally went in exasperated with the issue because a new problem arose. I explained to Alexandria White, all the points I wanted addressed that day. She really went out of her way to satisfy my concerns, I was very happy once I left the premises. I found out she is new and you sure couldn’t tell it she was flawless. Its hard for me to give just 1 review of my experience at Larry Miller Hyundai. So I will break it down. Ashley my service agent did a great job of getting my vehicle in and on the schedule or review and re Larry Miller Hyundai. So I will break it down. Ashley my service agent did a great job of getting my vehicle in and on the schedule or review and repair. She also was great at getting me a rental car within a couple days. Ashley gets a rating of 5! Hyundai Motor company also gets a rating of 5 for covering the cost of a new engine for my 2017 SanteFe after the original blew up for no reason on a road trip. They get a rating of 5! That said, once again I was disappointed in the service area who not only did not inquire about the engine guard plastic liner that goes under the car they never even recommended a new one. My old engine guard was in the hatch back of my car and I did not realize that they did not reinstall it until I was home. I had to take it to a local shop who had the jacks so it could simply be screwed back in place. They did however recommend a new battery (over $300) stating that mine was not fully charging. They simply could have seen a date on the top of the battery that it was less then 3 months old and fully under warranty. The recommendation should have been to return it for a free replacement. Also they recommended an in cabin filter which we had also replaced just two month prior. which tells me they had not even inspected what I had. There was also another recommendation for engine fuel something but I felt with a new engine installed and the system be a closed system it should have already been part of my repair. When your auto repair shop recommends work that is not necessary you loose faith in their honesty and integrity. This is the only reason I stopped using them for service in the past. I rate them a 3! More
Had an issue with my driver’s side window that needed to be repaired right away. Our service advisor Mark Castleman had us bring in the car right away without an appointment (just before closing time) and t be repaired right away.
