I had an appointment for 9:20 to take care of a minor recall. Appointment was schedule a week ago. Since then I’ve received at least 10 text messages reminding me of the appointment. I show up today and recall. Appointment was schedule a week ago. Since then I’ve received at least 10 text messages reminding me of the appointment. I show up today and am told that it will be between 3 and 4 hours. I asked the purpose of 9:20 appointment and was told “that put me in the queue. I was also told how lucky I was to get an appointment because other dealers were 3 to 4 weeks out. I would have been fine with 3 to 4 weeks out. I asked why they couldn’t have just moved my appointment 3 hours later and got no response. Obviously this dealership believes their time is much more valuable than mine. More
