My final comment…it was not that my service took but instead it took longer for you to begin the service. When I make a 9:20 appointment I assume you will start working on my car shortly, not 2 plus hours later. I do recognize challenges but it seems that you shouldn’t be that far behind that early in the morning. A simple call telling me to bring my car in a couple of hours late would have been nice. I would not think of showing up to two hours late for a scheduled appointment and expect you to then start working on my car. Customer service goes both ways.
