Spoke to Walter on phone, headed down, met Walter in person. He was personable, informed, professional, efficient, very understanding, and most importantly, knowledgeable. This should be typical for a sales associate; however after car shopping for over a month, I found this wasn't true for many dealerships. Walter was calm,kind, and never once did I feel any kind of pressure from him. After contemplating my decisions, Rich helped slide me into a deal that met my budget. Took a few hours, but my goodness these guys were sincere, realistic, and so positive. I kept them late, and they did not care. These guys were SO patient with me. This is a big deal too, as I'm very picky, and I know I was being difficult as I was having hard time deciding on colors and trim (great selection here). Ecstatic with my purchase, I was so happy, but things only got better when I sat down with Karen. He was wonderful, patient, kind, and considerate. You know when you enter the private finance office and have to sign a kazillion papers in a rush? Well, Karen explained EVERYTHING, I had questions about.
