I took my vehicle in for an ignition recall and the dealership broke the lower dash valance clips. This is the 3rd time I've taken it in and had to rake it back to be properly repaired. In the service department the person that I left the vehicle with said it would take about 4 hours. 7 hours later I returned to find out what was going on. The guy told me that the car would not be read vehicle with said it would take about 4 hours. 7 hours later I returned to find out what was going on. The guy told me that the car would not be ready till the next day. I kept calling no one would pick up the phone. I kept checking the tracker system and it never moved from receiving. The next day I stop by around noon and the guy told me that they were just at that time putting on the alternator. It was a recall. After the vehicle got home I checked under the hood and realized that my oil dipstick had been broken. The top part was missing with the handle gone. I want to take the vehicle to some other company and see if the recall was done. More
