'Reverse' Psychology After driving my new 2014 Hyundai Accent for a few weeks, I noticed it was getting very difficult to shift into reverse. I called Mr. Fuller, who After driving my new 2014 Hyundai Accent for a few weeks, I noticed it was getting very difficult to shift into reverse. I called Mr. Fuller, who had guided me through my purchase, and explained the situation. As I had to bring a friend of mine to Albuquerque the next day (I live 100 miles away) for cancer surgery. I told him I would be coming, but couldn't give him a time for obvious reasons. He said to just bring it in. I arrived about 8 am, and Joe, the service specialist at the counter, told me they would get me right in. They did very quickly. As I was waiting in the customer lounge, Jared came in to say hello, and make sure things were going smoothly. Within an hour, Jay Shupe told me I was ready to go, took me outside, and gave me a detailed description of the work done. Turns out the shift stick had been screwed in one turn too much, and they backed it off. It works fine now. More

While waiting around in the showroom i was approached by a Sales Manager (his name I do not remember) approached me to enquire if I was being attended to. I told him the reason for my visit and informed him, even though I am a loyal Hyundai customer, I was still disappointed about my experience at the time I bought this vehicle in 2009. He said to me, 'what is your name". I told him and he then said, "Let me have a look ". I finished my dealings with the salesman Richard, who was very pleasant to talk with and left to pick up my vehicle from the service department. My main concern is I NERER HEARD BACK FROM THE SALES MANAGER who was to 'have a look'. This is what I find to be so typical of your dealership. My loyalty is dwindling. More

Shawn Osborn was my first choice, as I appreciate having the continuity of service history and building a rapport with one person, preferably. I made an appointment today for a maintenance service (oil change & tire rotation), but ended up mentioning a recurring problem with my climate control system that had supposedly been resolved in a previous visit, shortly after I purchased the car new in Nov. 2013. I mentioned it to Shawn, and he urged me to leave the car there for a few extra hours to give him and his tech a chance to investigate. Shawn called me within an hour to notify me that the previous repair (installation of a blend door) had been done incorrectly, but that his tech was fixing the problem and my car would be ready in another hour or so. When I returned to pick up my car, Shawn explained the repair in detail that I could understand, and presented my car to me washed and as good as new. Shawn gained my confidence today as a trustworthy and professional service advisor whom I look forward to continuing to consult with to oversee my car's maintenance and service. More
