Oil Change Spur of the moment decision to stop in for my oil change, as it was past due. Service Manager got my car into the shop with 2 minutes after my arriva Spur of the moment decision to stop in for my oil change, as it was past due. Service Manager got my car into the shop with 2 minutes after my arrival. He also rotated the tires and corrected a low pressure ciondition due to the cold weather. Experience in purchasing car I found a few things wrong with the car that were not pointed out at time of sale. XFM radio was turned off and salesman said we would have it for 3 months free trial period. More
Service While I am comfortable with getting my car serviced, I don't feel if something major was wrong with my car that I would be told. The service people at the desk are nice and professional. One guy in particular, Sean, has always been extremely nice and listens to concerns and makes you feel like you matter. I know that dealerships are in the business to make money. I feel that if something is found major on my vehicle that I won't be told while the vehicle is under warranty. My car is a 2014, and I did voice a concern about my transmission in this last visit. When I'm coming to a stop, I sometimes feel the transmission downshifting or pulling forward. It's not making noise, but I do feel it at times. It was taken out for a drive and was told nothing was found. So I'm hoping its just the way the transmission operates. Sean did say I could bring the car by anytime. More
