The service staff are all extremely friendly and helpful EVERY time I go in. I see their interactions with other customers and it's easy to see that all patrons receive the same excellent quality of custome EVERY time I go in. I see their interactions with other customers and it's easy to see that all patrons receive the same excellent quality of customer service that I've experienced. They always explain the work that they'll be performing and I feel comfortable asking questions if I don't understand something. I usually talk to the same guys who work the customer service desk, and I'm sorry I can't remember their names to call them out specifically, but they do a great job. Thanks guys! More

It was out of my way (I live in Socorro), but I thought I would give it a try. I am so glad I did! I LOVE the service department at Larry H. Miller Hyundai! The guys that work at the front counter are so kind and considerate. The work is always completed in a timely manner, the prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is excellent. I would never take my car anywhere else, and I haven't. In the 4, almost 5 years, that I have had my Elantra, Larry H. Miller has been the only shop that has worked on my car, including changing the oil. Your service department is an asset to you dealership. More

Just purchased a 2011 Genesis and there was a recall on brake fluid, I just reached 10000 miles, and the cruise control would not work and a warning light came on saying to take it in for service. Called a brake fluid, I just reached 10000 miles, and the cruise control would not work and a warning light came on saying to take it in for service. Called and made an appointment, the person I spoke with was very professional and explained I could get a ride into work. Issue was the person I worked with and he was great, they changed the brake fluid, performed some routine maintenance and ordered a part for the cruise control. The part came in the next day and I scheduled another appointment and now my cruise is working again. Everything was timely, professional, helpful, and pleasant - what more could I ask for? More
