Initially, I chose SW Hyundai because I'd been bringing my older Elantra in for service here and I wanted to stick with the service department. This is the greatest service dept. ever! They've always been honest (imagine that!), helpful, understanding and entertaining. I didn't expect that I'd like the sales people, too. They were very very knowledgeable about the cars and patient with me. With the help of my Costco membership and Hyundai rebate I got a good deal on the new Elantra and also received what I wanted for my trade-in. To make it even better - it's a pet-friendly place. I had to watch my dog so she wouldn't tear off her bandages from surgery and they told me to bring her with me. Everyone was delighted to meet her (especially Jim). These folks were simply very human, interesting people that somehow made car-shopping pleasant. More

As soon as we arrived at Southwest Hyundai, we were greeted immediately and made comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean and welcoming. It did not take a long time for paperwork and we were into our new Tucson. The staff even transferred our things from the Focus into our new car. This is our 2nd purchase through Southwest Hyundai and we are very satisfied and feel that they are 100% behind their product and there for us whenever or if ever we need them. More

The real problem with Southwest is not the staff, it's the fact that they are owned by the same people that own Larry H. Miller Hyundai. The salesman (for the life of me, can't remember his name) was a good guy, and seemed willing to deal. I'd suggest you go here rather than Larry Miller, any day. More
