I first started shopping for cars online. I was looking for mid-sized SUV, with great gas mileage, and was an AWD. I had a 2005 Ford Escape (my very first car I got when I turned 16) so I began looking at for mid-sized SUV, with great gas mileage, and was an AWD. I had a 2005 Ford Escape (my very first car I got when I turned 16) so I began looking at the new Ford Escapes. They were a little spendy, and I am 20 years old and going to college, so I needed a cheaper car. The 3 cars I did a lot of research on was the 2014 Ford Escape, 2013 Subaru XV, and the 2014 Mazda CX-5. The only affordable car that was AWD, high MPG, and has enough space was the Subaru. I have also hear great things about Subarus, how they handle snow and off roading. So, I then requested more information on the computer and not even 24 hours later, Jeremy Howard contacted me. My parents flew into town to help me with financing and what not. When we got to the dealership we began talking trade-in value for my car. We were first offered $4300, which is almost $1000 under KBB. We ended up getting about $6000 out of my used car and started signing the papers. The car wasn't at the dealership so they had to order it. Jeremy updated me almost daily on the tracking of my car. It was supposed to be here July 16, 2013, but he called me this morning and I went and picked up my new Subaru. Jeremy thoroughly went over every thing I needed to know about my new car and made sure it was in pristine condition to let me drive off in. I could not be any happier with my new car and the customer service I received at Larry Miller Subaru. I already know that this will not be the last Subaru I buy from them. I highly recommend Jeremy, but I am sure all the salesmen are great! Thanks again Jeremy and Larry Miller Subaru, I love my new car!! More
My sales person Neris Saric worked hard to earn my business. He did not try to force me into a car I did not want. This was my first new car purchase, a lease, on a Crosstrek 2 days ago. Aaron was great to work with...there was no high-pressure 'selling.' When I've visited other dealerships in the past, I've pulled into the lot and felt like fresh meat to the hungry salespeople...one time a waiting salesperson (at a different dealership) met me at my car before I turned the engine off and tried to open my door for me. Not here. It seemed that everyone was on the same team, and not in competition with each other. It was very comfortable. My only knock was on the pricing that the finance department came up with. I had to refuse the first offer on the lease because it wasn't that 'good' based on my research. So I asked to sharpen the pencil and the numbers were better, but I would have preferred they just gave their best price up front, no haggle. If they had, I would be raving about the experience. I realize this is how it's done in the business, but I know there are some dealerships that do the 'no-haggle' thing. My advice is to do enough research to (realistically) know what the numbers should look like. I also agree with another reviewer that recommended going through your own credit union beforehand and skip dealing with the finance department. In my case, I had to lease because I couldn't afford the payments on an outright purchase. If you do that and stick to it, I highly recommend coming into the dealership and asking for Aaron Balbas. He'll take care of you like a friend. More

My wife, Mary, and I were in the market for a new car and went through the online Costco auto program intending to check out a Subaru Outback or Forester and also a Ford Escape. Less than 5 minutes from when I hit enter to get the name of the Subaru dealership, salesperson Aaron Balbas called me, explained that he was handling Costco customers and asked how he could be of service. (This was late on a Saturday afternoon and I told him what we wanted to test drive and he explained that the dealership was closed on Sunday, but that he would be available any day the following week except Tuesday.) We had a doctor's appointment Monday morning and after that called his cell phone about 9:45 to see if he was available then. He said he couldn't be at the dealership until 11AM, but we could go on over and Cody Scott would take care of us until he arrived. That's what we did and Cody was very nice and was lining up an Outback for us to drive when Aaron arrived and took over. We took a long drive up the freeway and back and loved the car. Aaron was very professional and thoroughly went over all the Costco and dealer paper work with us, without pressure of any kind, and we decided to skip looking at the Ford Escape and proceed with buying the Outback. We had to leave for an appointment and came back late in the afternoon to turn in our old car and complete the transaction. Aaron had the Outback all detailed and shepherded us through all the paperwork, went over all the controls and main features of the car and we drove away happy! We both agreed that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had and highly recommend Aaron, Cody and the Larry Miller dealership. Dave & Mary Greer More

A small thing, in the overall scope, but when you're selling "granola" cars like Subaru's, the smell of smokes will be off-putting to many of your potential customers. But, he's about to become a dad, and that new role has brought changes to the lives of all who have played it. Modeling non-addiction is good for a dad; modeling doing really hard things for yourself and your family...now that's wonderful. Yep, I'd send someone to Larry Miller, and I'd suggest they ask for Aaron.... More

Our Subaru Outback was delivered on time (early) and Jeremy spent more than enough time explaining and demonstrating the various features. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Larry Miller Subaru.
