My suv broke down and I took it to this dealer to have it fixed. They had my suv for two days and they did not even look at it. The service rep just kept telling me that they are trying to fit it in between fixed. They had my suv for two days and they did not even look at it. The service rep just kept telling me that they are trying to fit it in between appointments, By the end of the second day of them having my suv doing nothing with it and asking if they had looked at it, I just went and picked it up and took it to another dealer in the area and they were able to look at my suv and have a full diagnostic of what happened that day and started working on getting it fixed while this dealer had my suv for two days and did nothing.
