Use car with bad battery I purchased a 2016 Edge from the dealership and soon had problems with the battery. Great group of service people that do their best to take care of you. They fixed a rattle in my F150 dash and admitted it was their fault from earlier work - no cost to me! If I could rate the individuals that I dealed with 0 stars I would. I asked Nick to have the mechanic David flash the computer to see if this would fix my computer code errors. I was told the mechanic d stars I would. I asked Nick to have the mechanic David flash the computer to see if this would fix my computer code errors. I was told the mechanic did this multiple times and it didnt fix the issue so they recommended I replace the ABS module which would require the computer to be flashed anyways. Upon receiving my truck back the original issue of the advance trac light coming on has been fixed however the computer was never flashed back to factory default. This is still the P160A code stored on the computer. If the computer had been flashed like I was told it was the codes would have been cleared. This is very frustrating and disappointing because this means they never tried the cheaper fix and went straight to a more expensive one. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership due to them being liars and cheating you out of money. I will be speaking with the manager to get some sort of resolution to this issue. More
Lost the idler pulley on my truck. When the belt came apart, it did some extensive damage in the engine compartment. Nick Walker was my recommended service advisor through a friend. Nick kept in touch with me throughout the process of getting the truck up and running again. He was great at explaining what was needed, and why. His quote was accurate thru billing, too! While the truck was there, I asked if we could check 2 other systems. Done without hesitation, and in a timely fashion. Again, right on quote. I would highly recommend Nick, and his team of technicians! Nick was very personable, and great to work with! My turnaround time was less then 2 days from when I dropped the truck, until the work was completed. Thanks again! Bobby Riedell More
