Smooth process Thanks Jake for showing me my new truck and taking the time to help me. The finance guy was nice to us but his attitude needs to change with customers present, when I showed him that my address was wrong on the paperwork he looked at the paper work and said “well fuc* the front needs to be on that shi*” then he proceeded to get on the phone and said “I have to reprint all of this shi* because you guys need to get your dam* act together”. Yes I agree that having info not correct is irritating but wow with a customer present that kind of laungage is very poor and mind you he re printed the paper work in the matter of 2 minutes. I kept my cool and mentioned that everyone makes mistakes and tried explanining the situation and he interrupted me and said “I don’t care they need to get this shi* together we the finance guys are not slow it’s the idiots who put the info in”. Word to the manager retrain More
