I had service work done on my car there that should have been covered under warranty. They did not cover it. The service technician told me it had to come from the previous ford dealership, which I have l been covered under warranty. They did not cover it. The service technician told me it had to come from the previous ford dealership, which I have later learned it should have been covered at Larry H. Miller Super Ford. The Ford Dealer I recently had the work done at and Larry H. Miller Ford are all part of the same warranty service provide by Ford on parts, service and labor. There should be a data base that all of this can be verified. Thanks Lance. More
Absolute best experience purchasing a vehicle from a dealer. The salesperson Antonio was very courteous, efficient and understood we didn't want to spend all day at a dealer. The finance department got dealer. The salesperson Antonio was very courteous, efficient and understood we didn't want to spend all day at a dealer. The finance department got us through the purchasing process in record time. We probably didn't spend any more than 1 hour from test ride to the moment we drove off with our new Bronco. It helped that we had already researched exactly what we wanted, but they were incredible. More
I like that they offer uber for a ride home and pick- up for your vehicle when done. They offer to pick up your vehicle and bring it back when service is done. I tried vehicle pick up once but got an email for your vehicle when done. They offer to pick up your vehicle and bring it back when service is done. I have never received worst customer service, and communication from any place. My vehicle is in the shop for many weeks, and I do understand sometimes parts are backordered, none of that is a proble communication from any place. My vehicle is in the shop for many weeks, and I do understand sometimes parts are backordered, none of that is a problem if communication is happening. I called many times over the span of four weeks. It did not make me feel better that three of the times I called. They said they did not have my vehicle there. The first day when I drop my keys in the dropbox they admitted that they had to find them in the trash because they had been thrown away. The first call that I actually got was letting me know I would need $17,000 worth of work on the vehicle I had just purchased two weeks prior. After having my husband call all of the sudden none of that work was necessary, and the thing that they were covering would be warranty. Definitely felt like they were trying to rip me off as that is no small number. I was told eight separate occasions that somebody would call me back and never did. I was finally given an update on when it would be done and it was not but nobody let me know They needed more time. Overall terrible experience with customer service and service in general. More
