Although you were all busy helping pre-scheduled customers, Alec found someone to address my problem at a minimal cost. He warned me that I would need to wait awhile while they dealt with other customers but assured me they would work me in. Later, he let me know that they had not only fixed the problem I came in with but had also done the work for a couple of recall issues that I had neglected - this work was added at no cost and it was all done in a very reasonable amount of time - especially considering that I had no appointment. No one anticipates a car problem while they're driving and no one likes to spend time waiting on repairs but Alec was able to resolve my issues in a very friendly, professional, timely and cost-effective manner. Employees like Alec are invaluable - because I will definitely be back! More
