I took my Bronco in for an oil change and to update to sensor error messages appearing on the screen. I made an appointment for 10:30. I was told that these services would take about an hour so I decide sensor error messages appearing on the screen. I made an appointment for 10:30. I was told that these services would take about an hour so I decided to wait. At 2:30, I took my car, as I could not wait any longer. The oil had been changed, but no one got to the error messages. I was told that my representative was assisting other customers and he would be with me shortly. Four hours later, and not very happy, I left. The customer service here is extremely lacking. I will definitely be looking for another place to take my Ford. The dealership was inconsiderate of my time and made no apologies for not getting the work done. More

Then took three days to look the part up and claimed his computer wasn't working for just my part... Had the car for a week for a repair that should have taken one to two-days. More
I was very disappointed with the level of communication when my fleet vehicle required service. When they were trying to diagnose what the problem was I was told at one point that "the tech cannot determin when my fleet vehicle required service. When they were trying to diagnose what the problem was I was told at one point that "the tech cannot determine what is wrong and he can't spend all day trying to figure it out". When I received notification that the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up I drove to the dealership. Upon arriving I spotted my truck parked outside and parked directly next to it. When I went into the dealership to obtain the keys I was told that it wouldn't be ready until 6pm and that it was currently on a lift in the shop. I'm unsure of why the tech clearly lied to me? On top of that, when I got back home I popped the hood to discover that the top of the fuse panel was laying loosely in the corner of the engine bay and had collected water droplets as it was a rainy day. I hope that I don't encounter any electrical issues in the near future. Overall a poor display of detail and customer service. More
The dealer refuses to repair vehicles for a reasonable price, even if the repair is for a mis-engineered part that should be recalled. DO NOT get your vehicle repaired at Larry Miller Ford in SLC, UT. During a simple oil change appointment they told me my truck needed "Immediate Attention" to have the coolant fluid flushed/replaced and the SLC, UT. I had both of those things done and paid for 6 months prior at this same service center. Makes me wonder if they actually did those repairs the first time. They were blatantly tryin to rip me off. You guys did a cam phaser replacement on my F-150 this week. I got it back the same day, which in itself is amazing since it's a major repair. There's another Ford dealer closer to where I live but I always go to your dealership and Mathew is one of the primary reasons why. More
