I hope all Ford dealers are not like this place. I made an appointment and took our government vehicle in for service. Very simple things, fix a flat, replace some bulbs, and change the oil. The next day I hear nothing. I called and was told there was only one person there who can help and he is swamped; will call when he can. I try a chat, but they can't help. They will have a manager call. Two hours later, still nothing. No information and I don't know where my vehicle is. They essentially are saying, "We don't care. We have your vehicle and will update you when it is convenient". I have been to many other dealerships, and this is the worst service I have ever experienced. If you care about your vehicle and getting it serviced, do not go to Larry H. Miller "Super" Ford Store. There is nothing super about it. More
