Terrible Service I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your dealership. I purchased an extended warranty and care plan for a used Nissan, with the understandi disappointment with the service I received at your dealership. I purchased an extended warranty and care plan for a used Nissan, with the understanding that I could bring it in for service and receive loaners as needed. However, when I encountered a problem, the service and loaner was refused as promised during the purchase and instructed to take the vehicle to a Nissan dealer myself. The service manager and finance manager were incredibly rude and disrespectful when I tried to address this issue. It is clear that what was promised to me at the time of purchase was not honored. As a result of this experience, I requested to cancel my service agreement with Toyota and was only instructed by finance manager to go to their website and request with no further assistance. I will not be using your services again in the future. This has been a truly disappointing experience, and I will not be recommending your dealership to anyone. More

Wow, not only is our time wasted, but lied to on phone. We would not recommend Sandia Toyota. If we had purchased the vehicle, we would have brought it to Sandia Toyota for oil changes. They shot themselves in the foot! We're taking our other vehicle to another toyota dealer from now on. The other toyota dealer has much better service!! More
Would not recommend unless you have another vehicle and don't care how long the servicing takes, or about how often you get updated about progress on it. If they says 2 days count on it takes about two weeks. Not sure if a car wash is part of the servicing, but my vehicle was there for about two and a half weeks and it was covered in dirt. Service advisor was rude. More
