He always made my dealings very easy because we understood each other and we both have respect for each other. Wish that he will also do the financing aspect of the deal. We were handed off in Financing who welcome us and congratulated us on our purchased or our HONDA car. I looked at him and i said, we bought a Toyota! He profusely apologize and told us this is his first week after 4 years at Honda. He tried to sell us everything which i did not buy any. He tried selling us a car alarm for $700 when i only got it installed for $160. I commend him for trying tho but he keep going back after i said NO. It took us an hour and a half just to sign the papers. He keep calling other guys to help him in the computer. It's also a good thing that I am paying attention because there are other names other than my son as the co-buyer. He also tried to put the sale under a Sandra and told him Jeremy better get the credit. Other than the length of time in financing, everything would have been perfect. This dealer sucks if I could return my car I would. They told me I had a long term service maintenance contract at no cost. After the 2 service they said it was expired.
