They need to have more customer service and listen to the customers request. The coating paint in my car has been cracking. I originally called Toyota.com and they told me to have the dealer quote the dama customers request. The coating paint in my car has been cracking. Took my car in and when I picked up, they told me they would take care of it next time because they had already closed the ticket. Toyota already has cars that are being recalled for the coating in cars. It would of been nice if they had taken care of my request when I asked for this service, not when it’s convenient for them.
