I had an appointment for my 25k service. It was scheduled for 9:30a. My vehicle was ready at 12:30p. Three hours, to only find out it was a tire rotation and multi point inspection. I would understand a long wait time if I had walked in. I made this appointment well in advance. At no point did anyone come to give me updates. More

Staff is curious and I was in and out within 10. Minutes and Uber arrived in 3 minutes. When my car was ready, Uber came in 2 minutes and I picked up my car in 5 minutes. It was all good and quick. I had a fantastic buying experience at Larry Miller Toyota. Claudia was great to work with. I asked for a couple different options on two different trucks, and she nailed it. Claudia's friendly professionalism, and extra effort was the best I've had in a long time. Claudia's manager, Sandro, was great to deal with as well. Sandro went the extra step to help me understand the lease process a little better, and he too went the extra mile to get the deal done. The final step was with Chako, in finance. Again, top notch experience. Chako didn't pressure me with all the add-ons, while still offering and explaining my options. Everyone I encountered at LHM Toyota is the reason I will be back for my next Toyota. More
