From the moment I spoke with her, she took control of the situation. She gave me options for drop off as well as pick up times. She kept me updated and reassured me that my car would be done on time. It was, and she even had it washed. She instructed me to call her when I was on my way and she had the car, paperwork and the keys waiting for me upon arrival.
