Had an appointment at 09:30am for routine oil change, was told it would take 2.5/3 hrs. Called back at 12pm, still working on it. Ok fair enough. Called at 1:00pm, still working on it, but if I want to come told it would take 2.5/3 hrs. Called back at 12pm, still working on it. Ok fair enough. Called at 1:00pm, still working on it, but if I want to come in sooner to pick up they don’t have to “do me the favor of washing the car” for me, otherwise it’ll be another 45minutes. I show up to the dealership at 1:30pm, I get a call that the car is ready. I walk over to sign whatever paperwork there is and I am told to wait outside. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone comes up to me asked if I’ve been helped, long story short I am told my car is being washed and should be done in about 8 minutes. At this point I am annoyed. It is past 2:00pm and the bring my car around dripping wet. After 4.5 hrs my car was finally ready with a half done car wash. I do not understand why it took them so long. I understand the service dept may get busy but I made my appointment over a week in advanced. They will not service your car without one. Maybe next time do not overbook appointments. More
