I needed routine service for my Toyota. Service Advisor Paul got me in at my convenience and was ready when I arrived. Had arranged for a shuttle but before the shuttle was ready to leave her already had a Paul got me in at my convenience and was ready when I arrived. Buying a car here may be a good experience, but getting it serviced is a whole different story. After five return trips for the same issue, nothing has been resolved. Ultimately I was told I needed to deal with Toyota Corp directly. It just feels like they are passing the buck. Felt like I got a lot of lip supervise. It might be a good idea to look for another dealership to service your vehicle. More

Terrible service and even worse explanation by service manager and general manager. GPS has intermittent problems showing 25 miles to destination and 3 minutes then jumps around to 11 miles 4 minutes... B manager and general manager. GPS has intermittent problems showing 25 miles to destination and 3 minutes then jumps around to 11 miles 4 minutes... Because it isn't consistent, I took pictures. But they "can't replicate the problem". And the GM tells me it happened in his Land Cruiser on his way to a Lakers game. Didn't want to talk about his going to a Lakers game, I wanted to talk about fixing my GPS. Also have problems with the transmission but according to them those problems are "normal". Will not be going back More

He took me in yesterday when I found out I called for a 2:15 appt. with him but was not on his schedule and got me in/ out in 90 min. and the place was swamped.
