Please be aware of the nasty sales tactic in this dealership I would never buy a car here again. They use a nasty sales tactic. They gave me an email offer with slightly lower price than other dealers. So, I I would never buy a car here again. They use a nasty sales tactic. They gave me an email offer with slightly lower price than other dealers. So, I went there with the offer, and he showed me a paper with the offered price. He showed me the car and we agreed upon purchasing the car. So, he ran a credit check, and finally he came with the final doc with fee and tax. To my surprise, he added an option (security system) that was never mentioned before. It was expensive ($900) and I didn't want it. So, I asked him to remove that option, but he said he cannot. As I didn't have time, I just bought the car with the option. But, later I found out that the securiy system does not worth the money. The sales person explained to me as if I can track the real-time location of the car in my app. But, it just shows the last parked location, which is already available in google map without any cost. They should be upfront about all the options and final price, rather than enticing customers with seemingly good price and adding an unreasonably overpriced option at the last minute. Also, the security system does not worth the price. Please be aware of this tactic before even contacting this dealership. More

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. This was the absolute worst service I have ever received and I will never be going back to them again. I came in to drop my car off for service at 9;45 and I the absolute worst service I have ever received and I will never be going back to them again. I came in to drop my car off for service at 9;45 and I was told it would take 3-4 hours for my service to be completed at which point I was offered a COMPLIMENTARY shuttle service back to my place which would drop me off and then pick me up FREE OF CHARGE after my service was completed. After I was dropped home, the shuttle driver gave me his card, name, and number and said to contact him directly after my car was done being serviced. After an hour, I was contacted saying my car was ready and then when I proceeded to call and text the driver there was no reply. I finally called down there and I was told that he had left for the day and that nobody could pick me up. My daughter had to leave work early to take me to the dealership. This was horrible and the worst customer service I have ever received. Don’t bother going here and being made a fool. More

Would NOT Recommend This Dealer Inexperienced sales staff. Brought the wrong car for us to test drive. The sales process took about 6 hours.
