AARON ROSENBLUM this one is for you. By reading this, you will remember who I am. I asked this dealership if I can qualify for 72 months zero APR. The only way to know that is to run my credit. I agreed and signed the application form but with one condition. Your team will only run my credit thru Toyota Financial, I repeat ONLY thru TFS! The reason why is I have a great bank that nobody can beat their deal (NAVY FED) that I could use if ever I won't qualify for zero apr. How hard is that? While waiting for the result, I was monitoring my credit score online and just to find out they run my credit thru multiple banks. I told Aaron to STOP whatever they are doing. Long story short, I didn't get approved for zero APR and just walked away from them.One person? sure..Aaron, you know to yourself that you pass me to another guy and you didn't do your job to pass down to him the requirements and reason why I agreed to run my credit. As I walk out of the store, you, Aaron, told me will figure out what happen and will give me a call the following day. Did you? The following day, I did receive a call from one of your customer services representative and address the issue. Hear me out what happened next. You guys RUN AGAIN MY CREDIT SCORE! The night you guys run my credit, your finance manager told me that it will not hurt my credit score if they run it multiple times. I asked him to put that on writing what he was claiming that night. He doesn't even have the xxxxx to answer back but instead, he just walked out of the store to get fresh air. To the lady that I spoke with, doesn't mean I talked to you over the phone will give you legally to tell them to run again my credit score. I never give my permission period. This issue happens a month ago and didn't have time before to write this but for the sake of fellow consumers out there, stay away from this dealership period. You want a great deal on any type of car, go to L.A area. That is the drop point for all cars sold on the west coast. It's a bit far but getting a discount for almost 8k is way worth it. You will see my review in all forum available online that I knew off just to share my experience from this dealership. More

Bait and Switch or Incompetent Staff? Dear Owner of Greg Miller Toyota Dealership, this letter is for you: I responded to an ad on Autotrader and Joe called me to set an appoint Dear Owner of Greg Miller Toyota Dealership, this letter is for you: I responded to an ad on Autotrader and Joe called me to set an appointment to see the Toyota Truck. I live in Oceanside, CA so before I came down I wanted to sure that I won't waste my time for nothing. I specifically asked for the Costco discount and Joe said that they would honor the Costco discount which is $700 over invoice. When I got to the dealership, Joe was not there and had another salesman assigned to me which is Mike. Mike showed me the truck and we test drove it. Since this is a 2017 truck, I had some question regarding some new features. Mike did not know most of the questions I had regarding the truck. He said that he will ask someone later. I really liked the truck so I went ahead and proceeded to make the deal. When we got to the office, the finance guy said that they cannot honor the Costco discount and they have one flat price for every vehicle that even if President Trump walks in and wants to buy the same truck that he would get the same price. That's exactly what the guy in finance said. Since I knew that I was not getting any more discount, I asked what the out the door price was. I was not going to finance the truck and pay for it in full. He punched some numbers in the computer and said that out the door price was $39,300 with tax and DMV fees. Since the final price was within my budget, I went ahead and agreed to purchase the truck and we all shook hands. The finance guy left to go to his office and I went to use the restroom. When I came back to the office, Mike was preparing the papers. He printed the paper and showed it to me. To my surprise, the total amount now is different from what we agreed on. It is now $40,300. I asked Mike why the price was higher and he said that that was the price. So I reviewed the conversation with him even though he was in the same office the whole time. So Mike calls the finance guy. He said that he punched the numbers incorrectly. This guy works in your finance department and his job is to deal with numbers. Let's just say he made a mistake, Even if he punched the numbers incorrectly he should know that there is something wrong with those numbers by just looking at it. We are not looking at billions but only $39,000. Mr. Owner, So this is either a bait and switch deal or your employees working for you are incompetent. Which one is it? More
