The best car buying experience. So glad they won my business shopping for a car was a huge headache when I was mislead numerous times from other dealers. Bob Baker Toyota was totally different. Marco provided stellar service- 15 stars on a scale of 10! Marco was responsive and provided stellar service. I was initially worried about going to a dealership, as I didn't want to be talked into paying for Marco was responsive and provided stellar service. I was initially worried about going to a dealership, as I didn't want to be talked into paying for things I didn't want. But Marco made me feel that he cared about what was important to me. He answered my calls, even though they were at inconvenient times (very early in the morning and rather late--I was really excited and focused once I decided to purchase a car). He was able to get me an extraordinarily good deal! He was not pushy with the dealer add-on options, and suggested only what he thought I might really find useful. When I explained that I wasn't interested in certain options, he understood. It was truly a pleasure to deal with someone who was honest, polite, and truly cared about the customer. I'm delighted with the exceptional level of customer service I received. If I ever needed to buy a car again, I know exactly who I would go. I highly recommend him! More
