Gerado Rivera and his team were very helpful. We wanted to stick with a base price and stay as close as possible. Our base price of $36k was for a 3.5L 6cyl Tacoma. PLEASE DO NOT FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE WITH TOYOTA LEMON GROVE! There sales people and finance department are misleading and misrepresent the loan details. First they literally did not let me decline a "VIP GROVE! There sales people and finance department are misleading and misrepresent the loan details. First they literally did not let me decline a "VIP PACKAGE" that was almost $800. Then I was shown a quote that did not match the final contract details. I was never provided with the actual interest rate which was lower than they had mentioned, which would have lowered my monthly payment. They used my $1000 credit from my previous loan inappropriately and added extra charges to the loan that increased my loan amount almost $2000. They charged me for a so called "Vehicle Inspection" that was NEVER performed! TOYOTA LEMON GROVE is as SHADY they come. Please DO NOT TRUST TOYOTA LEMON GROVE! More
