The service department service writers are rude. They yell at you and shove a pen in your face without reviewing the service order. I find out that they made a mistake on their service order, they did n yell at you and shove a pen in your face without reviewing the service order. I find out that they made a mistake on their service order, they did not apologize for the mistake. There are tons of other options, don't take your car here if you care for it. More

Good customer service and stuff but was told to drain brake fluid for $159 even still cristal clear. Just watch out for those extra charge. Sent the wrong part then refused to issue a refund This dealership accepted $225 from me online for a seat belt assembly for my 2002 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. When I received the part it was incorrect. This dealership accepted $225 from me online for a seat belt assembly for my 2002 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. When I received the part it was incorrect. When I contacted them they claimed I didn't enter a VIN number (though that didn't prevent the online sale from going through) and said they wouldn't issue a credit unless the part was returned. I shipped the part back (again, at my expense) and they emailed me 9 minutes after they received it to say they wouldn't give me my money back because it was shipping in a different box!!!! Of COURSE it was in a different box. With COVID, I throw all boxes away outside and bring the contents in my home. So now I'm out over $225, am stuck with the wrong seat belt assembly and they've pocketed my money. I've never HEARD of such brazen criminality! This dealership should be avoided at ALL COSTS! More
