Never have I experienced such amazing customer service anywhere than I did today at this establishment. All of the employees were awesome but KC Gardner (assistant service manager) went above and beyond l anywhere than I did today at this establishment. I went in today having lost my keys to a car I had purchased there almost 15 years ago. I thought there wasn't going to be anything they could do. Was I ever wrong! KC walked me over to what used to be the correct department to take care of these situations. I guess the protocol had changed a couple weeks ago and nobody had ever tried doing it the new way. Most people would have politely apologized and not wanted to go through the hassle of the new system (it seemed like a pain) and probably would have turned me away or told me to come back another day when they weren't so busy. Not KC! He was super busy but took the time to go through the entire hassle for me without one complaint! In fact, he knew I was stressed out and was doing an amazing job at keeping me feeling upbeat and positive. In less than 30 minutes, I walked away with two keys to my truck! I have been working with KC Gardner for over eight years. I bring all four of my Toyota's to him to get their service. He is willing to work with my schedule and is always polite, courteous and professiona I bring all four of my Toyota's to him to get their service. He is willing to work with my schedule and is always polite, courteous and professional. He comes out to greet me whenever he can and is thorough in his diagnosis if the vehicle has a problem. He is not pushy when it comes to selling extra products but usually mentions them just in case I'm interested but doesn't make me feel uncomfortable. K.C. answers all my questions and keeps my service up to date. I hope to keep him as my service go to guy for many years to come. More

I purchased a vehicle from LHM Toyota roughly 4 months ago and along with my purchase, I opted to include the service package. Roughly three weeks ago I called to make an appointment for my regularly sche ago and along with my purchase, I opted to include the service package. Roughly three weeks ago I called to make an appointment for my regularly scheduled maintenance, including oil change and tire rotation, and was scheduled, by a female, for a 9:30 apt. Upon arriving at the dealership, not only was I met by a rude service tech, but I also was told that they did not take appointments for the services I needed and that I would be required to wait up to three hours as they were "slammed." When I voiced my frustration about making an appointment and then being turned away, the service tech said, "better luck next time." Today, when I could no longer wait for an oil change as I had surpassed the 5,000 mile mark, I went back to retry my luck. I was at the dealership at roughly 7 am, the first vehicle in the "Express Lube." This time I was greeted by a service tech that was nice, but not what I'd call great at customer service. The service tech took my information and said that someone would contact me when my car was ready. Nearly an hour later, I noticed my vehicle sitting in the bay, yet I had not been contacted. I also noticed three service techs laughing it up about their weekends, exchanging jokes and completely disregarding myself and the numerous other customers there. About 15 min after I noticed my car was in the bay, my name was called and I walked over to the less than friendly woman with my keys. The woman did not go over the service they had done, just asked me to sign a few pages and walked off. Needless to say, LHM Toyota's Service Department is, to put it kindly, a joke. I will be contacting the General Manager of the store and requesting a full refund on the service package I purchased. I would not recommend going to LHM Toyota for any service need, unless a ridiculous wait time and terrible customer service is what you're looking for. More

Had a great experience. Dale De St Jeor was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He didn't steer me in any one direction, but sought to understand my needs and let me make my own de knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
