What a negative experience I had at L H Miller Service Department in Murray. I purchased my 2010 Prius there. It took four trips there to get my drivers side seat belt holder replaced. The first trip the did not have the part and needed to order it. I waited about a week and stopped in the second time they had no record of the part being ordered. I asked them to order it again. I waited about a week again when I stopped in for the third time again I was told they had no record of the part being ordered. When I told the young man he was the one I spoke with last time he went to the parts department and miracle found the part. I asked if they could install the part the response was no time today. I decided to purchase the part and hand carry the part out of the dealership.to avoid any additional problems. I haven't decided if I will give them the opportunity to try the fourth time or try some place else. I can't wait until I get my survey from the Toyota people! More

He ended up bringing home another car "TO TRY OUT" for a couple weeks. After deciding the deal was far from worth it he went back to turn this car in and get our car back. Not only was the Antenna to my car missing, but the piece that opens my trunk and light up my plate was broke off. It is literally dangling. There is no popping back into place! At first they denied we had an antenna. This was later returned. They basically called me a liar and that it was already broke off when we brought it in. FALSE! My husband even pointed out the piece to the salesman and he said "We didn't touch that!" Are you kidding me? I've talked to numerous people at this place and they have been far from helpful with this situation. Not only did they continue on interrupting me on everything I said, they told me THEY weren't liars. well I am sorry. My car was in perfect condition and has been for the time we've had it! All of a sudden on their property they return to us with a broken piece? We open the trunk and it just fell off??!?! To top it off implying that WE WERE LYING?!?! This place is a joke and now I am sick to my stomach that they DID US SO DIRTY! I don't know how much this will cost to fix, THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE HERE. The issue is that they took no credit for this. I am beyond disgusted and now I am spreading the word! Be careful! Please!!!!! More

I took my Prius in to get the AC fixed. After waiting at I took my Prius in to get the AC fixed. After waiting at the dealership all afternoon, I went to check on the progress only to find they hadn't even I took my Prius in to get the AC fixed. After waiting at the dealership all afternoon, I went to check on the progress only to find they hadn't even looked at my car yet, although they said they'd get to it soon when I dropped it off. Hours later, they charged us over $300 and didn't get the problem fixed. They told us maybe it was better, but to come back the next day if there were still problems. The AC was no better than when I got there. They treated me like they could walk all over me and I'd just have to accept whatever they did or whatever they charged, which I've wondered was partly because I'm a woman (although things didn't get much better when my husband meet me there after work). I couldn't have been more frustrated and less pleased with my experience. 1 star is too generous. More

Sean Smith was amazing. We had an all day experience but even with that he was GREAT!!!! He was caring, attentive and I felt very straight forward.
