KC Gardner had a technician that was very knowlegable and saved me several th was sold a vehicle that had some very significant electrical problems. It took him two days to do it but he stayed with it and did it even though Toyota told him that it couldn't be done. I now have a vehicle that I can license and drive. John Nordwall, or John from Chicago as he is commonly referred as greeted me as I pulled onto the lot. He was friendly and courteous right from the start. He even commented on how amazing the Red Sox s referred as greeted me as I pulled onto the lot. He was friendly and courteous right from the start.
