We had gone in looking to trade in my SUV for a prius. We were looking at certified pre-owned because of the financing deal. They did not have any available but were very friendly, and when we explained we were looking to keep approximately the same payment, they asked if they could appraise our vehicle and run the numbers to see if they could make it work for us to walk out of there with a brand new prius. They made it work. Everyone we dealt with was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we didn't feel pressured in any way. Mike was great about explaining the car features, as there's a lot to learn with this car. A very positive experience. More
I have visited the dealership a few times, after leasing my Camary. The staff has always been helpful and able to lower my payments. They seem to be able to do the impossible. I never mind taking my car in. Duane is a great service advisor to work with. I never feel like I am being taken advantage of because I'm a woman. I called to make an appointment for my Toyota, because of a recall notice that I received. I was able to take it in the same day, which was great , as I was available. I contacted fleet sales manager scott by telephone, told him what i was looking for in new car, especially price..very quickly i had an email from Scott with exactly what i was looking for. I had previously shopped a Ford Dealer, believe me Ford could not match Toyota for price, equipment, financing APR etc. My first contact with Scott was on a Monday and by Friday my wife and I took delivery on our Corolla(with time to look over colors, do all paperwork, and on the way home. Really fantastic.....Have to say great words for Scott and the Finance/credit guy Huey Dao! My Wife and I enjoyed our time with both. More

Michelle was excellent; she aggressively pursued the vehicle I wanted and made the arrangements for shipment. Credit for making the sale rests squarely with her. Allen closed the sale for Michelle, who was away on the day of delivery. While easy to work with, there was a delay in getting to the finance person. Allen's knowledge of the vehicle was decent but a little weak regarding the advanced 4wd aspects. The price was high for this model, but Michelle's hard work and clear communication carried the day. We walked into the dealership and like so many, you are about mobbed by the guys outside ready to pounce on you once you get out of your car. I told the one guy I was hear to get information on purchasing my lease. We went in and he starts to take the information down. The first thing he wants is the millage and asks what kind of shape it is in. I asked him, what difference does it make, I want to purchase the vehicle. My answer, it's our standard procedure that we have to ask these questions. Then he and another guy which could have been the sales manager start talking. I'm just waiting for the sales pitch. He comes back and I told him, look, I don't want a sales pitch, I just want the numbers to buy the car. He also wanted my social security number after getting the vin number from me. I told him, I wasn't going to give him my ss number and he could look it up without it. I also told him I was a resident of Michigan and wanted to purchase it through Michigan. My payoff was just over $13,000 and he comes back with a number over $15,000 with all fees. I told him, first off, the sales tax must have been figured on Arizona tax because that figure was about $500.00 too high. Then I asked him about the other fees. There was some Arizona county tax for about 2.5 percent, some handling documents fee for $400.00 etc., etc.... I told him, he was crazy and we walked out the door saying we would contact our dealer in Michigan to take care of it. We contacted our Michigan dealer the next day. Geez, with taxes, just over $14,000 out the door. I saved over $1,000 for not doing business with this Arizona dealership. These bums were either trying to scam me or wanted my clean Toyota that only had 40,000 miles on it so they wanted me to purchase or lease another from them. Instead what they got was a pissed off customer who will not only never do business with them, but will tell anyone in the area to avoid their group of dealerships. As Dave Ramsey says, the two biggest profit centers are the garage and the sales office. They were working hard at helping that sales office and they failed and lost a future customer. More
