He is currently homeless due to his inability to manage basic paperwork. He has a car - which he probably should not have. Last week, while my parents were in Texas for my uncle’s memorial service my brother who has been off his medication wrecked his car. He took it to the dealership where my parents had bought this car for him: Larry Miller Volkswagen. Anyone who spent 5 minutes with him would have seen that he was not of sound mind. Despite this – he left Larry Miller Volkswagen with a brand new $27,000 VW convertible. Jason, the assistant general manager tells me that my brother qualified for a bank loan. He gets about $600 a month in social security income. Apparently, being unemployed, homeless, mentally ill and having a restricted driver’s license does not prevent you from driving away from Larry Miller with a brand new car and monthly payments similar to your gross income. So, he drove across Colorado and in Dinosaur was arrested for having cancelled plates, a restricted driver’s license, no proof of insurance and speeding. He then spent several days in jail. My parents sent him a bus ticket and the sheriff was helpful enough to take him to the bus station. Because it was clear he should not be, nor was he legal to be driving. But it seems it was not clear to Larry Miller Volkswagen. He went from the bus straight to the hospital where he remains. I am so thankful that when Larry Miller Volkswagen put him behind the wheel of a car he couldn’t afford or legally operate he did not hurt himself or anyone else. When I called and asked them to make this right – just by getting the car and unwinding the deal I was put off and given excuses and finally was allowed to talk to Jason. Who told me none of this was his problem or responsibility. Jarred Black, GM won't even take or return calls. More

They supplied answers to all of my questions, went over all of the controls, and called back to check on us. They also called to make an appointment 30 days after to do another check up for us. The car was in incredible shape and rides very smoothly. Wow! A very well-built car!Other car dealership experiences do not compare to the experience we had at Costco and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car! I feared the worst, thinking the process would drag on for hours and be one I would quickly want to forget. I was wrong, Cindy was great from the first moment we talked she was no pressure, knowledgeable, and understanding. She moved things along quickly, but not at a pace where we felt rushed to make decisions. The experience continued with Richard who made the worst part of buying a car (realizing you have to pay for it) seem almost pleasant and more importantly continued the pace that was perfect for us and the kids. Last Minute Service! I planned to take my Golf TDI in for my 30K mile service in the afternoon and did not plan on traffic being so bad.
