Katalina was great at explaining everything, but was hampered by some corporate shortcomings. Most recommendation are based on vehicle mileage, not actual vehicle needs. I use 2 dealerships. One is hampered by some corporate shortcomings. Most recommendation are based on vehicle mileage, not actual vehicle needs. I use 2 dealerships. One is LH Miller in Lakewood, the other is LH Miller in Avondale. These two very similar Volkswagon dealerships do not share information. Lakewood advises (based on mileage) that I should have some important fluids changed. Were they changed several months ago in Arizona? Why can’t there be some valuable information sharing? I have advised both dealerships that I go back and forth. Yet nothing changes…with computers and my authority this should be easy. Worked performed was great, but I did not sign up for all the “recommended” services for above reasons. It feels like a money making proposition going to waste. More
