Josh K. had contacted me regarding the approaching end of my lease. My first reply to him was to say I was not quite ready and would be in touch. We set up an appointment and he was positive from the moment I entered the dealership. We found the right car for me and he worked with me to ensure I received a deal that I was comfortable with. Even though this is my fourth VW, Josh still took the time to walk me through the bells and whistles of my new Jetta. Even though I was not planning on leasing a new car that afternoon, I am very happy with my decision and am equally happy that Josh was the salesman who contacted me. Cindy was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were considering; she was able to answer of all our questions and it was obvious she genineuely wanted us to make the right decision about our car. We were considering a bigger, more expensive model and she told us honestly based on our needs, we would be happier with the model that smaller, which was less expensive. My teenage son and I found a used Subaru online while hunting for a car for him and did a generic 'contact dealer' to find out more about it. Within minutes of hitting "submit" Josh called us and we set hunting for a car for him and did a generic 'contact dealer' to find out more about it. Within minutes of hitting "submit" Josh called us and we set up an appointment to see the car. We brought a very high mileage car, that did not run very well, with us to trade in. Josh was friendly and up-front with us from the moment we walked onto the lot. We took the new car for a drive and loved it, but it was a little out of our price range. Josh and the management worked with us to make the deal and we left with a new car for my son. I was impressed with Josh's knowledge of cars and his ability to walk me through what I should be looking for (without making me feel like a simpleton). I was further impressed with Josh's forth-rightness and I really loved that he treated my son as if he was important and he was not a child. The car was for my son, after all. Josh went out of his way to make sure the car was right for us and to make us feel like we were the only ones he had to worry about, even though this was not a big sale for him. I'd go back in a heart beat! More
